Black Dial Rolex Oyster Perpetual ref. 4392, a rare vintage example characterised by a gold Oyster case, a black dial and a self-winding mechanical movement. The black dial features a configuration with applied Arabic numerals at the even hours, baton markers at the odd hours and a peripheral minute track. The distinctive strongly domed caseback is typical of the early generations of automatic Oyster Perpetual watches, commonly known to collectors as “Bubbleback”. The watch is fitted with a domed crystal and an 18 mm brown suede leather strap, paired with a gold-coloured pin buckle.
