Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. General Information

Welcome to Watch Anatomy.

We offer international shipping for watches, watch components, accessories and other products available through our online store.

We are committed to preparing, packaging and shipping orders with appropriate care, particularly when handling vintage, collectible and high-value watches.

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping procedures, delivery arrangements, costs, customs requirements and the handling of damaged, delayed or missing shipments.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Shipping Destinations

Watch Anatomy accepts orders for delivery to supported destinations worldwide.

Available shipping destinations depend on our shipping arrangements, carrier availability, product characteristics and applicable legal restrictions.

The countries and regions currently supported are displayed during checkout.

Although we aim to serve customers internationally, shipping may not be available to every country, territory or address.

Certain products may be restricted due to customs regulations, export controls, sanctions, shipping carrier restrictions or other applicable laws.

If we are unable to fulfill an accepted order due to a legal restriction or an unavailable shipping service, we will contact the customer and handle any cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable law.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the applicable payment and order verification procedures have been completed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside business hours may be processed on the following business day.

Some orders may require additional handling due to product verification, secure packaging, payment checks or international shipping documentation.

Any material processing delays will be communicated to the customer as appropriate.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Watch Anatomy may use reputable national or international shipping providers, depending on the delivery destination, shipment value, size and product requirements.

The available shipping services, applicable rates and delivery estimates will be communicated before the customer places a binding order.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs procedures, local conditions and carrier operations.

For consumer purchases governed by European Union law, unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If we are unable to deliver within the agreed or legally applicable timeframe, the customer may exercise the remedies provided by applicable law.

We do not exclude our legal obligations merely because a delay is attributable to a shipping provider.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated according to the available delivery service, destination and other relevant order characteristics.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the purchase.

Any shipping-related charges collected by Watch Anatomy will be disclosed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where special shipping arrangements are necessary for unusually valuable or sensitive items, these will be communicated before the customer becomes contractually bound.

Any free shipping promotions, where offered, will be subject to the conditions expressly communicated with the relevant offer.

6. Packaging and High-Value Watches

We take particular care when preparing watches and delicate watch components for shipment.

Products are packaged using materials appropriate to their characteristics, fragility and value.

High-value watches may require additional protective packaging, security measures, delivery verification or specialist shipping arrangements.

When appropriate and available, we may use tracked delivery services, signature confirmation or insured transportation.

The existence, scope and limits of any shipping insurance depend on the applicable shipping service and insurance arrangements.

No particular level of insurance coverage is promised unless expressly confirmed for the relevant shipment.

Shipping insurance arrangements do not reduce our responsibilities or the customer's mandatory legal rights.

7. Order Tracking

Where the shipping method includes tracking, the customer will receive tracking information once it becomes available.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant shipping carrier and may not always reflect the shipment's precise real-time location.

Customers may contact us if they require assistance understanding their shipment status.

8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and International Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by authorities or service providers in the destination country.

The applicable treatment depends on the destination, product, declared value, shipping arrangement and relevant tax and customs rules.

Where import charges are collected by Watch Anatomy at checkout, the applicable charges will be disclosed as required by law.

Where a shipment is sold on terms under which import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient, the customer will be informed of this arrangement and any reasonably foreseeable additional charges before entering into the contract.

Customers may be required to pay charges directly to the relevant customs authority or shipping provider in accordance with the disclosed delivery terms and applicable law.

Customs procedures may affect delivery times.

All customs declarations must accurately reflect the nature and value of the goods.

Watch Anatomy will not intentionally misdeclare products as gifts, undervalue shipments or falsify customs documents.

9. Import and Export Restrictions

Certain watches, watch components and accessories may contain materials subject to specific import or export controls.

These restrictions may include regulations relating to protected animal species, precious materials, batteries or other regulated goods.

Some products may require additional documentation, permits or authorization before international shipment.

We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance or cancel an accepted order where fulfillment would be prohibited by law, subject to applicable refund and consumer protection requirements.

Customers are responsible for complying with obligations lawfully imposed on the importer or recipient in the destination country.

This does not exclude obligations that legally remain with Watch Anatomy.

10. Risk of Loss and Damage During Delivery

For sales to consumers covered by European consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

An exception may apply where the consumer independently commissions a carrier that was not offered by Watch Anatomy, in accordance with applicable law.

For transactions governed by other laws, the applicable mandatory provisions and lawful contractual arrangements will determine the transfer of risk.

The handover of a package to a carrier selected by Watch Anatomy does not, by itself, remove our statutory responsibility for delivery to consumers.

11. Damaged Packages or Products

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

If the package or its contents appear damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographs of the exterior packaging.

  • Photographs of the item and any visible damage.

  • A description of the issue.

Please retain the packaging and any relevant documentation where reasonably possible, as these may help us investigate the issue with the carrier.

Failure to provide photographs or notify us immediately does not automatically extinguish mandatory legal rights.

Where goods are damaged or non-conforming, we will provide the remedies required under applicable law.

12. Lost or Missing Shipments

If an order does not arrive within the agreed or legally applicable delivery period, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant shipping provider and communicate the appropriate next steps.

Where the risk of loss remains with Watch Anatomy under applicable law, we will not require the customer to bear the loss merely because the carrier has failed to deliver the goods.

Any right to replacement, termination of the contract or reimbursement will be handled according to applicable law.

13. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date shipping information.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections where operationally possible.

Changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

If incorrect information supplied by the customer causes additional expenses or an unsuccessful delivery, any additional charges will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances.

Nothing in this section transfers liability to the customer for errors attributable to Watch Anatomy or its service providers.

14. Unsuccessful Delivery and Uncollected Packages

If a carrier is unable to complete delivery, the customer should follow the instructions provided by the carrier and contact Watch Anatomy where assistance is needed.

If a package is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.

Reshipment charges, refunds and any deductions will be determined in accordance with the circumstances, information provided before purchase and applicable law.

Any charges imposed on the customer must be lawful and must not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

15. Returns and Return Shipments

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers should contact Watch Anatomy before returning valuable products so that appropriate shipping arrangements can be discussed.

We recommend tracked and adequately insured return shipping, particularly for watches of significant value.

Responsibility for return shipping costs and any risk associated with the return will be determined under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Statutory withdrawal and consumer guarantee rights remain unaffected.

16. Events Beyond Our Control

Unexpected events, including natural disasters, customs disruptions, transportation interruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control, may affect shipping operations.

Where such events arise, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and identify available solutions.

Nothing in this section excludes delivery obligations or customer remedies that cannot legally be waived.
