Refund policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
At Watch Anatomy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions described below. This policy applies to eligible purchases made through our online store, including international orders.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To qualify for a return under our voluntary return policy, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, without damage caused after delivery, and with all accessories, documentation, packaging and components originally included, where available.
Items must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. Watches and watch components should not be modified, dismantled, altered or subjected to unauthorized repairs.
These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy and do not restrict any mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation or consumer guarantee rights.
Customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at:
Email: s.watchanatomy@gmail.com , c.watchanatomy@gmail.com
Return address: Via Candido Viberti 1, 10141 Torino TO, Italia
Please include your order number and, where helpful, the reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions and, where available, a return shipping label.
Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the appropriate shipping instructions, particularly for valuable watches and international shipments.
However, contacting us does not mean that a statutory right of withdrawal is subject to our prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping and Costs
For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless Watch Anatomy expressly agrees to cover that cost or applicable law requires otherwise.
If the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover return costs where required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and adequate insurance for valuable items.
For high-value watches, please contact us before shipping so that suitable arrangements can be discussed.
Customs declarations and shipping documentation must accurately describe the returned goods. Customers must not provide false or misleading customs information.
Any customs duties, taxes or charges connected with international returns will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the return.
4. Watches, Vintage Items and Watch Components
Watch Anatomy may sell new, pre-owned, vintage and collectible watches, as well as watch parts and accessories.
Vintage and pre-owned products may have characteristics consistent with their age, history and previous use, including cosmetic wear, patina or signs of previous servicing.
Any material known conditions, alterations, replacement components or limitations relevant to a particular product will be described in the product listing where applicable.
The condition of a pre-owned or vintage product will be assessed in light of its age, description, photographs and characteristics expressly disclosed before purchase.
For voluntary returns, items must not be altered, dismantled, repaired or modified after delivery.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for a lack of conformity or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at s.watchanatomy@gmail.com , c.watchanatomy@gmail.com
Where possible, include your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs.
We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, where required by applicable law.
Failure to notify us immediately does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be excluded from our voluntary return policy, including:
-
Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
-
Gift cards, where permitted by applicable law.
-
Products that have been materially altered, dismantled or damaged by the customer after delivery, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Simply ordering an item that is not immediately in stock does not automatically make it a personalized product.
Discounted and sale items remain eligible for applicable statutory rights and for our standard 30-day voluntary return policy unless a lawful, clearly disclosed exception applies.
Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal will apply only where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
7. European Union and European Economic Area — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer entitled to the withdrawal protections under applicable European consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
For a purchase of goods, this period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods. Special rules may apply to orders delivered in multiple shipments.
To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision to withdraw clearly before the 14-day period expires.
You may contact us by email at s.watchanatomy@gmail.com , c.watchanatomy@gmail.com or use the model withdrawal form provided below.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
You are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to cover that cost or applicable law provides otherwise.
You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, as provided by law.
If you exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received for the goods, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law. We are not required to reimburse supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option offered.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.
Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without imposing reimbursement fees on you.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy offers additional time but does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
8. Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us.
Subject to availability, we may help you arrange an exchange.
Because many vintage watches and collectible components are unique, an identical replacement may not be available.
Alternatively, you may return an eligible item under this policy and place a separate order.
Any statutory right to repair, replacement or another remedy remains unaffected.
9. Refunds
Once we receive a return submitted under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
Approved voluntary refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after acceptance of the return.
For statutory withdrawals or other mandatory refunds, the deadlines and reimbursement rules imposed by applicable law take priority over this voluntary refund procedure.
Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to display a completed refund.
If you have questions about your refund, contact s.watchanatomy@gmail.com , c.watchanatomy@gmail.com.
10. International Customers
Watch Anatomy accepts orders from supported international destinations.
Customers outside the European Union may have additional cancellation, return or consumer protection rights under the laws applicable to their purchases.
Where mandatory local law grants stronger rights than those set out in this policy, those rights will prevail.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are subject to the rules of the destination country. Refunds or recovery of amounts paid directly to customs authorities may need to be requested from the relevant authority.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Model Withdrawal Form — EU Consumers
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from an eligible contract. You may instead send any other clear statement of withdrawal.
